Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday. If you choose Click & Collect, we'll email you as soon as your order is ready, along with collection details. 

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and other non-mainland addresses may occasionally need extra postage. If that applies to your order, we'll email you before anything is charged or dispatched.

Damaged deliveries:

 

Every bottle is carefully wrapped, but accidents can happen in transit. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you're welcome to refuse the delivery and it will come back to us — just let us know at info@thedevilsvillage.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. If you only discover damage after opening the parcel, send us a quick photo and we'll put it right straight away.

Incorrect address details:

As a small family business, we sadly can't take responsibility for parcels that go astray because the address, postcode or contact number given at checkout wasn't correct. Please double-check your details before placing your order — though if something does go wrong, get in touch and we'll always do our best to help.

If you're not home:

 

If nobody is available to receive your parcel and it won't fit through the letterbox, the courier may leave it with a neighbour and pop a card through your door, or take it to a local depot or collection point for you to pick up. If a parcel goes uncollected after several attempts and isn't rearranged, it will be returned to us and we may need to pass on the cost of sending it out again.
