By crushing the olives without using heat, we preserve all the healthy antioxidants, vitamins, and healthy fats that make our oil so good for you. Our olive oil is naturally peppery, with a mild picante flavor that comes straight from the heart of the Kalamata region in Greece. We absolutely love this taste because it’s bold, fresh, and full of character, yet perfectly balanced.
